As an artist, musician, and creative writer, she combines her interests and talents to assist those who may be misunderstood and express their frustrations and pain in various ways. With experience as both a parent and a therapist, she offers a multi-modal approach to understanding individuals' needs. She aims to promote wholeness and healthy communication, using narrative, art, and music therapy to address trauma, gender questioning, narcissism and marital support, sexual abuse, self-harm, neuro-divergence, autism, and the role of creativity in ADD/ADHD. Tarn's eclectic therapeutic style includes CBT, ACT therapy, somatic body awareness therapy, sand tray and play therapy, and creative techniques using music and art.
